Passionate About Helping You Reach Your Cycling Goals
Hi, I'm Abbie Taylor. I Started riding a bike at a young age and immediately loved it. My passion for cycling led me to be a rider on the GB Team competing professionally from 2011 to 2016. During this time some of my proudest achievements were Silver Medal at Junior Worlds, a Podium at a World Cup and Reserve for London 2012 Olympic Games. I was also 7 x National Champion. After stopping racing professionally I began coaching as a hobby. Recently alongside my coaching I have been competing in a few Nationals for fun with Top 20's in the National circuit series and a Top 10 at a Cyclocross National.

Including Club, cluster, RSR and womens sessions. I have worked with riders from beginners to national level. I have worked with numerous World Class Coaches to develop my knowledge, style and communication skills.
I completed the Women into High Performance coaching programme, I have learnt valuable information about high performance environments, affirming my belief that the training fits around the athletes lifestyle. Psychological wellbeing will have a big impact on performance, I care about my athletes and I will endeavour to be open approchable to help them reach their highest potential.
